The Opportunity
Our graduate program is well established, celebrating over 30 years of success. It is highly personalized and enables you to set your own goals and explore your own interests. Throughout your graduate journey we will give you the opportunity to test and grow both your professional and personal skills.We aim to match your talents and aspirations to our strategic and operational needs – ensuring a fulfilling career for you and a thriving business for us.
During the 22-month program you will complete placements within the company where you have the opportunity to explore different areas of our business at the same time as you work on real projects, solving real problems and delivering real change.
Part of your time will be devoted to graduate activities such as sessions with senior leaders/specialists, International personal development weeks, study visits, fairs, courses etc. The first 16 months are carried out in Trollhättan followed by a 6 months long international placement.
We will provide development through a formal global development program. The development program will help you progress from being an individual contributor towards leading others, preparing you for potential leadership roles in the future.
Qualifications
- BSc/MSc degree in Engineering, IT/Digitalization or Finance (studies completed before start of the program)
- Maximum 2 years professional experience after graduation
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
- Valid work permit for Sweden
Desirable qualification
- Previous leadership experience as well as excellent social skills

Employment
Employment: We offer our graduates a full-time employment from day 1 on the program.
Location: Trollhättan, Sweden
Travel expectation: All applicants should have the ability to travel during the program and work abroad for 6 months.
